Terms governing use of the official ZEVYBIKE website and purchases made directly through ZEVYBIKE.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the official ZEVYBIKE website and to purchases made directly through ZEVYBIKE. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Warranty Policy.

2. Website Use

You may use the ZEVYBIKE website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse customer or company information, introduce malicious code, commit fraud, scrape or reproduce protected content in violation of law, or use the website in a manner that disrupts normal operation.

3. Product Information

ZEVYBIKE makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, availability and pricing accurate. Product appearance or specifications may change as products are improved or updated. Colors may also vary because of photography, lighting or display settings. If a material error is identified before fulfillment, we may correct the information, contact the customer, or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by ZEVYBIKE. Orders may be reviewed for inventory availability, payment authorization, fraud prevention, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons. ZEVYBIKE may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary and will refund amounts paid for any order we cancel.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices, promotions, taxes, shipping charges and payment methods may vary by country or region. The amount payable will be displayed during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information. Where prices are displayed as tax-inclusive, the checkout or order confirmation will reflect the applicable treatment for the destination.

6. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping is governed by the ZEVYBIKE Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the ZEVYBIKE Return & Refund Policy. Warranty claims are governed by the ZEVYBIKE Warranty Policy. These commercial policies are provided in addition to any mandatory statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Safe and Lawful Product Use

Customers are responsible for using ZEVYBIKE products safely and in accordance with the owner's manual, safety instructions, product specifications and applicable traffic or e-bike laws. Rules concerning motor power, assisted speed, throttle use, rider age, helmets, riding locations, registration, licensing or insurance can vary by country, state, province or municipality. Customers should confirm local requirements before riding.

Unauthorized modification of speed limits, electrical systems, batteries, controllers, motors, braking systems, frames, folding mechanisms or other safety-related components may create safety risks and may affect warranty eligibility to the extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The ZEVYBIKE name, trademarks, logos, product designs, website content, photographs, videos, graphics, manuals and related materials are owned by or licensed to ZEVYBIKE unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, logistics providers, social networks, analytics platforms and other service providers. Those third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZEVYBIKE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from misuse of a product, unauthorized modification, failure to follow safety instructions, violation of applicable law, or circumstances outside ZEVYBIKE's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or place of residence. Any dispute-resolution provision must also be interpreted consistently with mandatory local consumer law.

12. Changes to These Terms

ZEVYBIKE may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will apply from the date they are published and will not unlawfully reduce rights relating to purchases completed before the update.
