ELECTRIC DIRT BIKE LIMITED WARRANTY

All electric dirt bikes purchased directly from SouleGMT are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period is twelve (12) months from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty coverage, you must:

  • Be the original purchaser of the product.

  • Provide a valid order number, proof of purchase, or purchase receipt.

  • Use the product according to the instructions provided by SouleGMT.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, crashes, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper operation.

  • Damage resulting from racing, stunt riding, jumping, commercial use, or other activities beyond normal intended use.

  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.

  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, paint damage, or normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by improper storage, exposure to extreme weather, water intrusion, chemicals, sand, dirt, or corrosive substances.

  • Damage resulting from improper assembly, maintenance, installation, or servicing.

  • Damage caused by the use of non-approved accessories, parts, chargers, or components.

  • Damage caused by external events such as fire, flooding, lightning, storms, earthquakes, theft, or power surges.

  • Products with removed, altered, damaged, or unreadable serial numbers.

Battery Warranty Exclusions

Battery warranty coverage does not apply if:

  • The battery is charged using a charger not approved for the product.

  • The charger or battery has been used improperly.

  • The battery casing or security seals show evidence of tampering.

  • The battery has been used for applications other than the intended SouleGMT electric dirt bike.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • A detailed description of the problem.

After reviewing the claim, SouleGMT technicians will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. If approved, replacement parts will be provided at no charge. In some cases, customers may be required to work with a qualified local technician for installation or inspection.

Important Notice

  • Any unauthorized modification to the product will immediately void this warranty.

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • SouleGMT reserves the right to repair or replace defective components at its sole discretion.

  • This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
