Yes. GO Z1 is rated IP67 for water resistance, meaning it’s fully protected against dust and can withstand temporary immersion in water.You can ride in the rain with confidence. However, we still recommend avoiding heavy downpours when possible, and keeping the battery away from direct water contact. After riding in wet conditions, wipe the bike dry and make sure the charging port is completely dry before charging.

ZEVYBIKE operates local fulfillment warehouses in both the United States and Europe. When inventory is available locally,In-stock orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment and order verification.

If you’re not satisfied with your eBike, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the eBike meets our return conditions.

For a non-quality return:
The eBike should be unused or in essentially new condition.
If it has been opened or test-ridden, the riding distance should generally not exceed 10 miles (approximately 16 km).
It must have no significant scratches, dents, crash or water damage, unauthorized modifications, or abnormal wear.
All original accessories, battery, charger, keys, manuals, and tools should be included. 
Return shipping costs for non-quality returns are generally the customer’s responsibility.
For an opened or used product, a reasonable deduction of up to 15% may apply where permitted by law.

Please contact ZEVYBIKE Customer Support before sending the eBike back to obtain return authorization. Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are normally processed withing 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Our eBikes are delivered fully assembled and folded, so there is no complicated assembly required.
Only the saddle and pedals are shipped separately and need to be installed.Due to transportation regulations, the tires are shipped deflated, so you will need to inflate them before riding.
We also include a detailed user manual with step-by-step instructions to help you complete the setup quickly and easily.In most cases, getting your ZEVYBIKE ready to ride is simple and straightforward.
